Lash Lift & Tints! What are they? And why should you book in for one?

Lash Lifts or LVLs are basically a perm for your natural lashes they give them a boost and a nice curl/volume, I use beautiful brows and lashes Lash Bomb and I find I get great results from this, I would recommend getting a lash lift if you are not keen on lash extensions also if you are going on holiday these are perfect as its just your natural lashes but better!.
Pros
A lash lift is great for stubborn straight or down pointing lashes what just dont look full enough even when using a lash curler and mascara.
They Produce a long-lasting curl without the use of a lash curler and its semi permanent!
Pros
You can still wear Mascara!
Some women ditch the mascara straight after there lash lift or avoid it,but you can still wear mascara when you have had your lashes lifted! to make them look even longer an fuller!.
With other lash treatments like lash extensions you cannot wear mascara as it ruins the false lashes so you have to be careful.
Cons
A lash lift will not work the best if you have short lashes or no lashes at all it only works on lifting what lashes are there.
Whereas Lash Extensions will add length and volume on top of your real lashes, Lash lifts only work with what you have!

Chemicals are used to curl the lashes in this procedure so there is always a risk of an allergic reaction occuring
If you have sensitive skin or eyes you may react to the patch test but not necessarily
For the Patch Test a small amount of product will be applied behind the ear and will only take 5 minutes to complete and must be left on for 24/48 hours.
Whats Involved?
The Lash Lift treatment takes no more than 1 hour You will need to have your eyes closed the entire time.
-The first step is placing the shields and sticking them to your eye lid area close to the lash line and pulling the lashes up onto this shield,
-Next a Lifting Balm is applied to the lash line this may smell quite strong but this is what lifts and curls the lashes. Then a Neutralising solution and Tint is applied to the lashes after the lifting balm is removed this is left on for the required timings and the bottom lashes are also tinted, -then this will be removed the shields are removed and the lashes brushed through and VOILA!.
