How to make your makeup last all day for your big day!

Its coming up to your big day and this is a question I get from the majority of my brides is i want a natural glowy makeup look but HOW do i make it last all day?!.

So you dont want to look to matte where there is no shine at all, You just dont want to have to worry about your makeup sliding off your face throughout your special day!.

First off I would say skincare is key especially if you have an oilier complexion than most and to think about the time of year that you are going to be getting married you need to make sure you have a good skincare routine.

Secondly It is all about the base so using a good quality moisturiser you can also get primer and moisturiser 2in1 like the bobbi brown face base. Mattifying Primer or primer that is a silicone primer is also great for letting foundation lay nicely on your face but also lasting all day.

This is for the gals who do not have dry skin TOP TIP- Apply a light light layer of loose powder to the face before foundation application. Lastly i would recommend using a lasting fix setting spray and setting your face at each stage so before applying your base foundation/concealer, afterwards and throughout all makeup steps and also keeping this with you in your bag I use Mac Fix + setting spray which i also give you a mini one for the day! or a specialist bridal setting spray.

Also I would recommend using blotting papers which you can get from amazon (I give you some also for the day) to blot away any shine without causing a build up of powder on the face.
